The PAUSD Secondary Special Education Leadership Team in partnership with Palo Alto CAC are providing a Transition Information Night for parents. In addition to a general session, there will be three separate breakout sessions for parents of students who will be entering 6th grade, 9th grade and our Post-Secondary program.
This session will provide information about transition plans, transition IEP and how to access site resources, communicate with staff in collaborative ways and get support from parent peer groups.

12th to post-secondary
