PAUSD’s Special Education Leadership Team in partnership with Palo Alto CAC will provide a Transition Information Night for parents of rising Middle School, High School and Post-Secondary Students. After a short introductory presentation, there will be three separate breakout sessions for students entering 6th grade, 9th grade and Post-Secondary.
Parents will hear about the programs, services and opportunities at their new schools which are particularly valuable for students with IEPs. Staff will answer audience questions that are general in nature. Individual circumstances and specific concerns can be addressed at students’ upcoming Transition/Articulation Meetings which will be scheduled in March and April.

12th to post-secondary
Event will happen in the ‘SDC’ room and ‘Aspen’ room at 25 Churchill.
