The PAUSD Secondary Special Education Leadership Team in partnership with Palo Alto CAC provided a Transition Information Night for parents. In addition to a general session, there were three separate breakout sessions for parents of students who will be entering 6th grade, 9th grade and our Post-Secondary program.
This session provided information about transition plans, transition IEP and how to access site resources, communicate with staff in collaborative ways and get support from parent peer groups.
