On February 28th, 2023 the district staff delivered a Report on Dyslexia & Struggling Readers at the board meeting. Afterward, the CAC made comments, linked in the letter below. We are supportive of the progress made by our district, and made two asks of the district: 1) to codify it’s Universal Screening practice, and 2) to identify/report on KPIs for Dyslexia & Screening.
