The PAUSD Special Education leadership team and the Palo Alto CAC for Special Education are providing an informational night for secondary and post-secondary transition planning and services for students with IEPs. There will be three breakout sessions for parents of students who will be entering 6th grade, 9th grade, and the post-secondary program for the 2024-2025 school year. RSVP here.
