Before you send any items back to us you need to send an e-mail to email@example.com You will then receive return instructions by e-mail. Do not send anything without contacting us first! It may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding.
The item can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. The product has to be back in perfect condition and in original wrapping with labels and tags intact. Please note that shipping charges of exchanges or refunds are at your expense. If exchanging or returning items, please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods. We therefore recommend you to choose a safe shipping alternative, preferably one that uses trackingnumbers.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card after we have received your returned item. If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded.
